"Our focus is squarely on improving the 'quality, polish, and performance' of the system," the executive noted during a recent discussion. "On mobile, we've cut the time for a user to open the app and get a response from about five or six seconds down to roughly one second," they explained, highlighting a leap in responsiveness.
