Binance Futures to Delist IP Perpetual Contracts Following Project Rebranding

Binance Futures has announced the upcoming removal of specific perpetual contract pairs, a move directly tied to a foundational project's brand evolution.

Affected Contracts and Official Timeline

The delisting involves the IPUSDT and IPUSDC USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contracts. The process will follow this schedule:

  • New Order Deadline: Starting from 16:30 (UTC+8) on June 28, 2026, users will be unable to place new non-reducing-only orders for these contracts.
  • Auto-Liquidation: All remaining open positions will be automatically liquidated at 17:00 (UTC+8) on the same day.
  • Final Removal: The contract pairs will be delisted from the platform following the completion of the liquidation process.

Recommended Steps for Traders

Users holding positions in these contracts are strongly advised to close them manually before the automatic liquidation time. Proactive management allows for better control over exit prices and avoids potential slippage from the system-wide settlement.

This delisting is a procedural update reflecting the project's change from Story to Data Network. Binance will communicate separately regarding the potential listing of new perpetual contracts associated with the rebranded project in the future.
