The initiative will facilitate the sale of tokenized investment positions in specific, yet-to-be-listed companies. While the first project remains under wraps, details are expected to be announced shortly. User eligibility and allocation sizes will primarily hinge on two key metrics:

  • Alpha Points: A user's activity and contribution score within the Binance ecosystem.
  • bStocks On-Chain Tier: The user's tier level based on holdings and activity in Binance's tokenized securities product, bStocks.

Higher tiers in these systems translate to larger allocation quotas. Additionally, holders of specific community badges (like the Trencher Badge) will receive extra allocation. It's important to note that the final operational rules for this event are set by PancakeSwap.

High Potential, Heightened Risk: Key Limitations to Consider

Alongside the new opportunity, Binance has issued clear risk warnings. The tokens acquired through 'Pre-Access' do not constitute traditional equity in the target companies. This means:
