Bitcoin Spot ETFs Maintain Strong Inflow Momentum

Fresh data from SoSoValue on August 25 reveals that the Bitcoin spot ETF market continued its impressive run, attracting substantial capital inflows as of August 24 (Eastern Time). This marks the sixth consecutive trading day of net inflows, underscoring sustained institutional appetite for Bitcoin exposure through regulated vehicles.

Industry Leaders Drive the Inflows

The daily inflows were heavily concentrated among the largest issuers.

  • BlackRock's IBIT dominated the scene, pulling in a single-day net inflow of $209 million. The fund's cumulative net inflow since launch now stands at $62.636 billion, reinforcing its position as the market leader.
  • Fidelity's FBTC followed, securing $105 million in new capital. Its total historical net inflow has crossed the $10 billion mark, reaching $10.280 billion.

Together, these two products accounted for the bulk of the day's inflows, highlighting investor preference for ETFs with strong brand recognition and deep liquidity.

Growing Market Footprint

The consistent capital infusion is rapidly expanding the overall scale of the Bitcoin ETF ecosystem. The total net asset value for all spot Bitcoin ETFs now sits at $98.558 billion, inching closer to the symbolic $100 billion threshold.

Perhaps more significantly, the assets held by these ETFs now represent 6.22% of Bitcoin's total market capitalization. Since their inception, these products have accumulated a total net inflow of $54.044 billion. The steady rise in this market share metric demonstrates that traditional capital flowing through compliant ETF channels is becoming an increasingly important component of Bitcoin's market structure.
