Profitability metrics are even more impressive. Net profit attributable to shareholders climbed to RMB 10.624 billion, marking a 104.87% surge compared to the same period last year. Essentially, the company doubled its profit within six months. Both revenue and net profit figures set new all-time highs for the corresponding period in the company's history.

Sustained Shareholder Returns: High-Dividend Policy Reflects Corporate Confidence

Alongside rapid business growth, China Merchants Securities has maintained a strong commitment to investor returns. The company has already distributed the cash dividend for fiscal year 2025, totaling RMB 3.905 billion (including tax).

Furthermore, the firm plans to issue an interim dividend for 2026, underscoring its intention to share success with shareholders. Taking a longer-term view, since its listing, China Merchants Securities has distributed cumulative cash dividends of RMB 41.573 billion. It has also allocated RMB 664 million for share repurchases.
