Binance to Support Conflux Network Upgrade and Hard Fork

In a recent official announcement, leading cryptocurrency exchange Binance confirmed its full support for the upcoming Conflux Network upgrade and hard fork. This move is designed to ensure the security and seamless transition of user assets during the technical evolution.

Service Suspension Details

To facilitate a smooth upgrade process, Binance will implement temporary service adjustments:

  • Suspension Time: Begins at 23:00 (UTC+8) on August 24, 2026.
  • Affected Services: All deposit and withdrawal functions for tokens on the Conflux (CFX) network will be temporarily paused.
  • Resumption: Services will reopen automatically once the upgraded network is stable, with no further announcement required.

Trading to Continue Uninterrupted

The network upgrade is scheduled for 00:00 (UTC) on August 25, 2026. Importantly, all spot, margin, and other trading activities for CFX and related tokens on Binance will remain fully operational throughout the upgrade period. This ensures market liquidity and allows users to continue their trading strategies without disruption.

Binance Handles All Technical Operations

The exchange will manage all technical requirements for the upgrade, including node maintenance and integration. Users do not need to take any manual action or move their assets. Binance's technical team will monitor the network post-upgrade and will only reopen deposit and withdrawal channels after confirming system stability, prioritizing fund safety.

Users are advised to plan their deposits and withdrawals around the suspension window and monitor official channels for real-time updates.
