Former 'Largest ZEC Short Seller' Shifts Focus to ETH, Position Grows to $2.12 Million

According to Hyperinsight monitoring, on Feb 3, an address known as the 'largest ZEC short seller' conducted a series of intensive operations on its ETH long position within half an hour.

At 15:47, the address opened a long position of 442.42 ETH, worth about $1.03 million. Immediately after, between 16:01 and 16:33, it carried out five operations of averaging and rolling over positions, adding approximately 780 ETH in total.

Eventually, the total value of its ETH long position reached $2.1216 million, with an average holding price of about $2,320.96. Currently, the position is showing a small floating profit.

Notably, the address was previously well-known for holding large short positions in ZEC. It had started shorting ZEC when its price was $184, and despite once facing a floating loss of $21 million, it eventually turned the position into profit.
