Effective October 1, these projects will no longer have Shipyard as their dedicated maintainer. While the code remains open-source, ongoing development, security patches, and community support enter a period of uncertainty.

Beyond software, Shipyard operates public infrastructure vital for accessing the IPFS network. This includes the well-known public gateways ipfs.io and dweb.link, along with essential bootstrap nodes that help peers connect.
