A significant evolution is underway for the project formerly known as AITECH. It is embarking on a comprehensive rebranding initiative, transitioning to become the AITECH Cloud Network, or ACN. This shift underscores a renewed focus on building core cloud computing network infrastructure.

Trading Schedule and Token Swap Details

To ensure a seamless transition, supporting trading platforms will implement the following operational procedures:

• Trading Pause: All trading activities for AITECH will be temporarily suspended starting at 02:00 UTC on April 29, 2026.
• Swap Ratio: The token migration will occur at a precise 1:1 ratio. Each AITECH token will be converted into one ACN token.
• Trading Resumption: Trading is scheduled to resume at approximately 08:00 UTC on April 29, 2026, with the new AITECH Cloud Network (ACN) as the tradable asset.
