According to Forbes, the merged company is valued at $1.25 trillion, boosting Musk's fortune by $84 billion and setting a new record of $852 billion.

Prior to this deal, SpaceX launched an equity tender offer in December valued at $800 billion. At that time, Musk's 42% stake was worth $336 billion. Earlier this month, xAI completed a private funding round, reaching a valuation of $250 billion. Musk's 49% stake in the company was valued at $122 billion.

Valuation and Ownership Post-Merger

Under the terms of the merger, SpaceX and xAI are valued at $1 trillion and $250 billion, respectively. Forbes estimates that Musk currently holds a 43% stake in the merged company, worth an impressive $542 billion. This makes SpaceX the most valuable asset in Musk's portfolio.
