Ningbo Huaxiang's Dual-Track Robotics Strategy: Production Meets Training
Ningbo Huaxiang recently provided details on its robotics division through an investor Q&A platform, outlining current progress across two key product lines.
Quadruped Robot P30: In Production with Orders
Addressing investor inquiries about the P30 robot, the company confirmed that this quadruped model is being mass-produced by its subsidiary, Huaxiang Qiyuan. Production is currently scheduled based on existing orders.
In terms of application, the P30 is designed for professional fields such as security patrols and search-and-rescue operations. By deploying robots in hazardous or repetitive environments, the aim is to enhance operational safety and efficiency.
Humanoid Robot: Focused on Training, Factory Trials Planned
Regarding the more anticipated humanoid robot project, Ningbo Huaxiang offered a measured update. The company stated clearly that the humanoid robot is currently in a “training phase.” This typically involves critical development in algorithm learning, task simulation, and environmental adaptation.
Depending on the outcomes of this training, the company plans to initiate trial operations within its own factories in the future—a significant step from the lab to a real-world setting.
Early-Stage Business with Measured Expectations
In its response, Ningbo Huaxiang also included necessary risk disclosures. The company emphasized that its robotics business as a whole remains in an early development phase, with uncertainty regarding its eventual scale and financial impact.
For major future developments, investors are advised to refer to the company's official announcements. This reflects a cautious approach in managing expectations while pursuing innovation.
