Payment Service Status and Legacy Balances
It's important to note that the X Money payment service remains temporarily suspended. A timeline for its reactivation has not been provided and will be communicated separately.
Regarding user balances held prior to the service pause, the team has confirmed that all historical balances will be preserved intact. A separate, dedicated claim solution for these specific funds is currently under development to safeguard user assets.
