Concurrent Ramp-up of V9 and V10 Flash Production
Supply chain sources confirm that Samsung has commenced volume shipments of its 10th-generation V-NAND flash memory to NVIDIA. In parallel, the company is actively expanding production capacity for the 9th-generation V-NAND to meet growing market demand for high-performance storage solutions.
Samsung's current monthly V-NAND production capacity exceeds 100,000 wafers. Notably, approximately 60% of this capacity is allocated to the mature 9th-generation products, underscoring the technology's continued significance in current market demand.

While advancing mass production of current-generation products, Samsung continues to push forward with its R&D efforts.
