Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has published the application proof of Shenzhen Basic Semiconductor Co., Ltd., marking a significant step in its initial public offering process. The company plans to offer 27.4 million shares, with a price range set between HK$27.49 and HK$31.62 per share.

At the upper end of the price band, the offering could raise up to HK$866 million (approximately US$110 million). Market sources indicate that trading of the shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is scheduled to begin on July 8.
