Binance Streamlines Perpetual Contracts Offering, Announces Delisting
A major cryptocurrency exchange has announced updates to its futures trading platform. According to an official notice, the exchange will remove several USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts from its listing.
Affected Contracts and Key Timeline
The delisting process involves multiple trading pairs. The platform will initiate an automatic settlement at 16:30 (UTC+8) on October 5, 2026. Following the settlement, the following USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts will be delisted:
- PROMPTUSDT Perpetual Contract
- PUMPBTCUSDT Perpetual Contract
- 1000000BOBUSDT Perpetual Contract
User Action Required and Risk Management
Users with open positions in these contracts must take proactive steps. It is crucial to close or transfer positions to other instruments before the automatic settlement begins. Failure to act may result in positions being liquidated by the system, potentially leading to losses.
Regular review and optimization of product offerings, including delisting contracts with low liquidity, is a standard practice to maintain market efficiency. Traders are advised to monitor official communications and adjust their strategies well in advance of the deadline.
