Trend Research Dumps ETH, Suffers Losses up to $734 Million

On February 8, according to Lookonchain, Trend Research sold another 20,770 ETH worth $43.57 million in the past 20 minutes. It now holds only 10,303 ETH, valued at $21.5 million.

Prior reports indicated that Trend Research, having largely completed its liquidation, suffered a total loss of around $734 million on ETH investments. Trend Research had previously purchased 231,000 ETH at an average price of $2,667 and later liquidated at $4,027, earning a profit of $315 million. However, another purchase of 651,500 ETH at an average price of $3,180 was liquidated at $2,053, resulting in a loss of $734 million.
