For longer-term institutional capacity, the U.S. Department of Defense is prepared to offer over $30 million to the Lebanese Armed Forces under existing authorities and appropriations. This funding is intended to bolster the state military's ability to maintain stability and secure borders.

The U.S. committed to remaining actively involved in the follow-on process. Successful implementation of the framework is seen as dependent not only on the signatories but also on close cooperation with broader regional partners.
