USD.AI Token Sale on the Horizon
CoinList has announced the upcoming token sale for USD.AI, exclusively available to users who participated in the Allo Game points campaign. The token, named CHIP, has a total supply of 10 billion, with 700 million made available for this sale.
Eligibility and Allocation Mechanics
Participants will receive guaranteed allocations based on their points earned in the Allo Game. Additional purchases beyond the guaranteed allocation are possible, with any remaining tokens distributed proportionally if the sale doesn't reach full subscription.
Pricing and Unlock Schedule
Each CHIP token is priced at $0.03, resulting in a fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $300 million. The tokens are expected to unlock 100% at the token generation event (TGE) in March, with a minimum purchase requirement of $100.
