According to recent on-chain monitoring by OnchainLens, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has continued reducing his ETH holdings in February. As of February 24, he sold 3,765 ETH over a three-day period, netting around $7.08 million.
Since February 2, Vitalik has offloaded a total of 10,723 ETH, equivalent to approximately $21.74 million, at an average price of $2,027 per ETH.
Charitable Initiative Update
In a public announcement made on January 30, Vitalik disclosed plans to withdraw 16,384 ETH to support the development of open-source full-stack verifiable software and hardware. To date, he has sold approximately 65.44% of the planned amount — 10,723 ETH.
