Strategic Vision and Key Responsibilities
The role entails crafting a strategic roadmap for the next 3–5 years, focusing on critical areas such as tokenized deposits, on-chain collateral management, intraday liquidity solutions, and 24/7 programmable payments.
The bank also aims to integrate these innovations with traditional payment rails, including wire transfers, ACH, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT, signaling a major shift toward digital finance.
